You may cancel our service at any time. There is no contract other than our terms of use agreement. If you paid annually rather than monthly, you will have access to Fairtime until the end of that annual period.
Anyone logging in to Fairtime.app or recording time data will need their own account as a user. We also provide a free admin account for easy approval across a team of supervisors. considered a user and needs an account.
When you first contact us, we do not need to know anything about your company beyond the basic operational questions necessary for a demo. We do not retain any payment or credit card information. All employment records are encrypted and only accessible by a manager.
